Meet Helen - Your Guide to Holistic Well-Being
Welcome to a supportive space for those seeking greater wellness, strength, and ease—especially individuals navigating midlife and beyond. Through yoga, meditation, and mindful movement, students are invited to build resilience, restore balance, and age with grace. Classes and workshops focus on cultivating inner calm, physical vitality, and a deeper connection to joy, purpose, and community.
Offerings include Yoga for Aging Gracefully, Pilates Reformer sessions, and Thai bodywork—all tailored to meet students where they are. This practice is rooted in compassion and inspired by the healing power of movement, breath, and sound. Outside the studio, you might find Helen walking with her dog, skiing, gardening, or exploring the rhythms of Kirtan and harmonium, deepening her connection to sound as medicine.
Pilates
Helen’s Pilates studio prioritizes the individual client experience. The private setting provides a peaceful and intimate experience to ensure focus and connection to mind, body and soul.
Thai Yoga Bodywork
Thai Yoga bodywork is the ‘metta touch’, the touch in yoga. Thai Yoga incorporates martial arts moves, rhythmic motion, palming and thumbing along energy lines, gentle stretching, and breath work.
Sound Healing
How about a vibrational sound bath along with a guided meditation? A perfect opportunity to experience a deep state of relaxation.

A perfect blend of gentle, restorative stretches with breath work and meditation. We’ll close with Yoga Nidra—a calming evening practice to release stress and invite deep rest.

Helen offers poetry readings of Thich Nhat Hanh, David Whyte, Zen poems, Yoga Sutras, ‘Koshas’ and ‘Chakras’ to inspire. Readings are kept short and simple so you can reflect and enjoy the experience.

Restorative, Yoga Nidra Meditation
Experience another deep state of relaxation where the body safely mobilizes and repairs the connective tissues. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditative journey that is back brain focus that involves a move away from the "high speed" activity of the forebrain. Yoga Nidra is an antidote to high functioning executive functioning and helps become established in spacious awareness. The practice is very healing!
