I believe yoga is a way to return home to yourself — to feel grounded, strong, and at ease in your own body. Practicing since 1996 and teaching since 2012, I’ve seen how mindful movement and breath can support healing and resilience at any age.

My classes are welcoming and adaptable, blending gentle flow, alignment, and restorative practices to help you build strength where you need it and release tension where you hold it.

I am a Certified Yoga Teacher (200-hour, Sun & Moon Yoga Studio), Pilates Reformer Instructor, Thai Yoga Bodyworker, and Sound Healer, with many additional trainings in functional movement and recovery.  I offer group classes online and in person, along with private yoga, reformer, and bodywork sessions to support your unique path to wellbeing.
